What Causes Poor Functioning Enlarged Kidneys In Fetus?

Question: For my 22 weeks baby, scanning report says baby has got enlarged kidneys with very poor functioning. Doctors are suggesting to terminate the pregnancy. Is there any treatment for unformed kidneys at 22 weeks of age ?
