Brief Answer:
Hello

Detailed Answer:
Good day.
Noted your history.
The recent onset muscle weakness, tiredness need to be investigated. How good is your diabetes control now.? Any recent hypoglycemias?
I certainly would like to review your list of medicines.
Few tests coming to my mind are CBC, Thyroid function test and Vitamin D.
This is to rule out anemia, hypothyroidism and vitamin D deficiency as potential causes of your symptoms.

Binu
