Hi.... I can suggest iron supplements for anaemia. Please get back to me with the current weight of the kid, so that I can suggest the appropriate dosage and formulation. You can give vitamin B12 supplements also.
There are no medicines to gain the weight of the kid. They may have some Side Effects, please do not use such medicines like appetite stimulants.

Brief Answer:
Hematinics suggested
Detailed Answer:
Hi....he's more than expected with respect to weight.
You can give him Syrup Hemsi 3.5ml twice a day for 3 months regularly.
This is a prescription drug and you will need one for it.
This might make him slightly constipated and stool can be black in colour. So do not worry about it.

Hi Sir,
Thanks for the information.
Also, one more point that I want to highlight is that he is allergic to mold and because of this he sometimes suffer from whezzing. At that time we give him inhaler of bedeocort(2 puff) 2 times a day. I hope, hemsi syrup would not interfere in this and vice versa.
Also, if you could suggest something related to his allergy treatment, then it would also be good for us.
Thanks for you precious time.
