Brief Answer:
Do you have any other symptoms?

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Am so sorry to hear about this disturbing noise. Do you have any other symptoms? Please, kindly report to me.

I think you might have injured the shoulder joint. You may need to get an MRI/CT scan to evaluate the integrity of all the structures around the shoulder joint. This will provide insights to what is going on and help guide treatment options. It is most important to establish any lesions right now and address them early.

I wish you well and keep me updated once you get this test done.

Brief Answer:
Get it evaluated!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Kindly get it evaluated. It is best that way. We would be able to know whether there is a lesion that needs immediate attention or we can go on and mage pain and physiotherapy only.

Let me know how this plays out!

Brief Answer:
May delay management...let you suffer longer!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

This might delay care if there is a real severe lesion going on. When do you go on vacation? If the pain doesn't reduce, I suggest you consider making a quick trip home to get evaluated. If that is impossible, just see a doctor for evaluation and take it on from there.

I wish you well.
