What Causes Popping Sound In The Shoulder When Rotating It?
Question: Hello my shoulder has been making a really loud cracking sound every time I move it up and it's been like this ever since I got tackled in rugby a month ago and I don't know what to do

well I'm a college student in a differenr state and I dont always have access to a hospital plus Im not sure if my insurance will cover out of state just curious what may happen if I dont get it cheked out
