What Causes Positive Pregnancy Result Even After Taking I Pill?

Question: Heylo.. i had unprotected sex on 9th and 10th day of my cycle And had i pill within 48 hrs. My date was due on 12th dec bt its 6 days up and no periods.I had 4 preg test at home. In 3 i had 1 dark and 1 lyt line and in 4th i had both of olmost equal darkness. M i pregnant? Even aftr pill in time is this possible? Wot shud i do? Smbdy said it cn b ectopic.. is it sure if 1 line was lyt it is ectopic! I cnt visit dr .. m nt married.. wot shud i do? Will mifepristone b ohk 2 desolve preg? Is der any odr med dat is btr.? I m so mch worried plz help.. cnt evn Work with dis tension.

I read your query and I understand your concerns.

Following is my reply:

1) You are pregnant.

2) There is possibility of ectopic pregnancy. which needs to be ruled out only by ultrasound scan.

3) Taking ipill does not offer 100 percent protection against pregnancy. Hence you are pregnant.

4) Dont take abortion pills without ultrasound scan to detect ectopic pregnancy.
