Question: Hello, I have had post coital bleeding(Im only bleeding after sex it is not constant) in recent weeks along with bloating and gas and nausea. Should I be worried?

Unfortunately such symptom at your age can indicate very serious issue. Please note that bleeding after intercourse can be a symptom of uterine cancer. Other possibilities like uterine polyps or even bacterial infection can be the reason of your symptoms as well.
But it should be verified by a specialist. I strongly recommend you to consult a gynecologist. Transvaginal ultrasound, pap test should be done at first.
