One doctor also put me on advar in case my problem was from asthma, did no good. what will correct this? Also, 1 to 2 times a year I will get a bad cold & always goes to my chest. Brief Answer:
Combination of antihistamine and anti allergic drugs is beneficial.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
In my opinion, you should start combination of anti histamine (levocetrizine or fexofenadine) and anti allergic (montelukast) once a day in night before bed.
Avoidance of causative allergen is the best treatment for allergy.
So please let me know

if the eosinophil count and serum lgE levels are something more than what you would get when they do all the allergy testing when they use the different needles I doubt it. I have never heard of what you are referring to. Is this something I should ask my allergy doctor or will you be able to give me further direction?

Brief Answer:
These tests are needed to calculate dose of omalizumab.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your follow up question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Serum IgE level and eosinophil count are indirect allergy tests. I don't know whether they are done or not. Omalizumab is newer monoclonal antibody for allergy.
Its dose depends on serum IgE level and eosinophil count.

Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks
