Brief Answer:
Suggestive of post-traumatic vertigo.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your symptoms. These are suggestive of post-traumatic vertigo. In this condition, dizziness occurs after a head injury.

If you have a brain CT or MRI scan report, please upload it here.

Treatment consists of symptomatic treatment with medications such as betahistine tablets.

The condition is self-limiting in nature and improves in a few days to a few weeks.

I hope my reply has helped you.

I would be pleased to answer, if you have any follow up queries or if you require any further information.

Brief Answer:
Normal MRI and CT scan is good.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back with more information.

It is good to note that MRI and CT scans of brain were within normal limits.

This means that there is no reason to worry and you would recover much faster.

when I go to sleep at night I put my head on the pillow and I feel like my head is slanted downwards is there any medication to help with this my friend that's a doctor said he thinks it could be blood pressure problems what do you think?

Brief Answer:
Betahistine tablets can help with this.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back.

Betahistine tablets can help with this symptom.

Blood pressure can be checked in lying down position and standing position. In some people, on standing, blood pressure may fall, causing similar symptoms (also called as postural hypotension).

ive been having pain in partial lobe right side towards the top in stabbing like feeling been feeling it all day sometimes the pain goes away sometimes it stays should i ice my head.

Answered by Dr. Sudhir Kumar (1 hour later)
Brief Answer:
Could be due to partial nerve injury

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back with more details.

These symptoms are most probably related to nerve injury of scalp nerves (located in skin over head). Regeneration and recovery of these nerves cause pain, tingling and stabbing like feeling.

There is no need to worry about them, as they would improve over time.

Best wishes,
