Brief Answer:
Rule out Sinusitis.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query.

1. You need to start an anti allergic mucolytic (such as Relent), steam inhalation and saline nasal washes (such as Nasowash).

2. A nasal examination followed by plain Sinus CT Scan is recommended.

3. The nasal secretions can be cultured to check for infection.

4. Upload these test results for further steps in the treatment.

I hope that I have answered your query. If you have any more questions I will be available to answer them.

Regards.
