Question: Why do I always get postal dizziness and feel lightheaded in the mornings ?

I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Postural dizziness usually occurs in person with nerve impairment or low blood pressure.
You should get your blood pressure measured. If on lower side you need to take more fluids and salt.
You should also get evaluated for postural hypotension measured by doctor using BP instrument.
Other causes like diabetes to be evaluated.
For treatment you can also use pressure stockings.
Drugs like fludrocortisone can be used if required.
