Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic.
I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I will be answering your concerns today.
Since you have your normal period now, you are not pregnant.

The progesterone released during the second half of ovulatory period cycle can give rise to symptoms similar to pregnancy. You are still young. These symptoms usually disappear.
I wish to bring to your notice that even psychology plays a role. If you are very keen on getting pregnant, that itself can initiate such symptoms in you.

Do start regular exercises. This helps reduce the severity of symptoms.

I hope this helps.
If you have further concerns, I will be happy to answer.
