Brief Answer:
There is need for treatment

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Thanks for reverting back to me.

Fortunately there is no abnormality on any of the performed tests and we need to consider it as primary premature ejaculation (probably present from the first day of sex/masturbation).

We have the two options to treat Premature ejaculation which includes behavioral methods and the medications.

The behavioral techniques need to be practiced during sex and yield results over a time.

The techniques are difficult to explain here but you can just google 'kegel method ' to understand it. For good results it is recommended to have 100 contractions per day which can be divided in three to four times a day as per your convenience. It is also recommended to increase the duration of contractions over time to reach 10-12 seconds per contraction.

Another strategy is to take drug one hour before sex. The another medication called dapoxetine is given one hour before sex and it cause delayed ejaculation. Since it is prescription only medication you will need to see a doctor for getting the prescription to buy it from chemist.

I hope this answers your question.
