Brief Answer:
Chances of pregnancy are there

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
One can have PMS symptoms on the day 19 of the cycle if there is a 24 day cycle in past 6 months.
Moreover, if you had no emergency contraception after the unprotected intercourse around day 14 of the cycle, then there are chances of pregnancy also.
I will suggest you to wait for the periods.
If delayed, then do get a urine pregnancy test done to confirm the diagnosis.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
