Needs work up and management
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking
I read your question and i understand your concern. Blood in stools with gluten sensitivity needs alittle work up. Local anal examination, digital rectal examination, stool analysis and if need be colonoscopy be performed to rule out ny site of bleeding. Apart from it gluten free diet should be made sure of. Take fiber and fluids in diet and rest for a while and see if it helps. Use yogurt and peppermint for the bowel symptoms. Visit your gastroenterologist and let them take it from there.
I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Thank you, do you think drinking red rooibos tea and hibiscus infused drink could cause the red? These thinfs are naturaly coloured not a chemical colour. The inside of the stool is a brown-red but not too dark, is it possible for haemmoroids to cause blood to be completely mixed in with stool?
Im just trying to get a bit more idea before test results come back. Ofcourse im worried and want to try exclude cancer as cause.

Yes the above mentioned products can add to the color to the stools. Discontinue that and the stool color should resolve with in 48 hours. If not resolved then other etiologies should be sought out. Yes blood can get mixed in stools in hemorrhoids. And dont woryr as it is not cancer for sure.
I hope it helps.

Thanks very much. Just to clarify, did you mean its definitely not cancer or it is not definitely cancer? When you said it is 'not cancer for sure' i didnt know if you meant that you are sure its not cancer.

yes i am sure it is not cancer , had every blood in stool be cancer this world would have been full of cancer patients. Dont worry, it may likely be just he food color you have been eating recently we discussed. Or some small haemorrhoid. In any case, the etiology would be benign and easily manageable i assure you. You just maintain godo diet and lifestyle.
I hope it helps.
