It feels like my head is bouncing and the pressure is hitting a nerve. Iam having a cat scan soon could this be sinus problems or something else. Brief Answer:
Cervical spondylitis/Migraine/Sinusitis...

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for posting the query.

The symptoms described by you keeping in the mind about your age, it could be related to either of the below conditions:
1. Cervical Spondylitis
2. Migraine
3. Vascular related issues
4. Sinusitis, etc.

A thorough history followed by complete examination of the neck, ear, nose and sinuses will aid in identifying the actual cause of the problem.

My suggestion to you is to get a CT scan of the brain and the para nasal sinuses, X-Ray of the cervical spine and serum calcium done to identify the actual cause.

Hope this answers your query; I'll be available for the follow up queries.
