What Causes Pressure And Discomfort Under Breast?
Question: Pressure and discomfort under breast, weight loss, loss of appetite, leg cramps, lower back pain, light headed, nausea. Blood in stool.

I read your question and I understand your concern. Pressure and discomfort in chest region should always be ruled out for heart problem which I am sure your doctor has as after that gastric discomfort is the commonest cause. For which you have been prescribed pantoprazole.
All your symptoms are conventional and needs symptomatic treatment except weight loss and blood in stools. If the weight loss is significant that is more than 10 kg loss over last few months then it needs workup.
Also the blood in stool needs assessment of the lower GI Tract by colonoscopy if it is repeated more than 2 episodes.
Nutshell once the blood in stools is ruled out for any sinister lesion like malignancy or inflammatory bowel disorders then you got nothing to worry about. All you would need is symptomatic treatment and some diet and lifestyle modifications for suspected bowel functions disorder.
