
What Causes Pressure And Strain In The Lower Leg Post Injury?

Question: I was playing basketball a few weeks ago and slightly rolled my ankle. Wasn't significant because I was able to play the rest of the day. For the last few weeks the side of my lower leg/calf (outer side of right leg) felt strained and week to put pressure on it. I continued icing and stretching while playing basketball....I was playing today, jumped and landed on my right leg, twisting my knee outward, I heard a pop and can barely put pressure on my right leg. The pop feels like it is in the same area of my calf (up and down the outer side of my leg into the middle) that was hurt before. I can't put any pressure on my toes and hurts to even lay sideways with that leg up on the air. do you think I strained my calf or could something be torn or broken?
