I don't sweat
my heart rate is 73bpm
my right shoulder and back hurts
I don't smoke
I cough but it's a dry cough my throat hurts sometimes my wisdom teeth are growing in so I have jaw pain and headaches
I have random shocks of pain throughout my body or sometimes even stiffness or confusion or light headedness or blurry vision or pain at the back of my eyes

Brief Answer:
Asthma should be ruled out.
Detailed Answer:
As your heart rate is fine, heart problems do not seem to be the case. Chest tightness and cough can be both a sign of asthma. If we stomach bloating, we have an acid reflux and asthma. Please note that this two conditions very often coexist.
So I suggest you to consult your doctor and have checked this two possibilities. For sure blow test (spirometry) should be done to rule out asthma.
If you have any stress or anxiety, your symptoms can be a manifestation of this condition.
Blurred vision, headache, back and shoulder pain can be all signs of spine problem in the cervical area. This may aggravate when staying in one position for a long time.
I suggest you to consider some physical activity which will relax your muscles and lower the stress.
If this wont help, you should consult neurologist.
