Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the query.
I have seen your picture . You are feeling fullness / pressure in vertex region more on right side .
Common region for sinus discomfort is usually behind forehead & cheekbone .
But area of fullness / pressure which you have point out in picture can be due sphenoid sinusitis or migraine .
If I were your treating doctor, I would advice you Steam Inhalation 3 times , Saline nasal drop 3 times , Antihistaminic + Leukotriene antagonists combination & paracetamol for discomfort in head when required. I would also advice you investigation CT scan Paranasal sinus (PNS).
I will suggest you to please consult your ENT doctor because here clinical examination is very important to diagnose the real fact , do investigation CT scan Paranasal sinus (PNS) and accordingly treatment may be planed.
Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
Regards.

Hi ,
Thanks for follow up query.
Isolated sphenoid sinus infection is less common , it is often in association with infection of posterior ethmoid sinuses or as a pan-sinusitis . Sphenoid sinus infection occurs due stagnation of secretion its secrete , mucosal changes in its lining leading proliferation of bacteria or fungus.
Chronic posterior group of sinuses ( including sphenoid ) infection less likely to have fever or anterior nasal discharge . Posterior nasal discharge back in throat with discomfort is common.
Sphenoid sinus infection & other sinus infection can cause ear fullness . Ear fullness can also cause discomfort in that area but local discomfort will be more.
Chronic sphenoid & other posterior group of sinuses infection can also present as just a tightness/pressure sensation .
