What Causes Pressure In Lower Abdomen And Left Testicle?
Question: Presenting complaint of pressure in lower abdominal/groin region and slight pressure in left testicle. No bruising or swelling of testicle(s). Ruled out prostatitis, bladder infection, UTI, gonorrhea, and chlamydia. No presence of stones/crystals in UA. No pain in lower back reported. No known injury. Subject was at the gym doing squats a few days prior to symptoms and was sore in the inner thighs. Pain is very minor to mild and has been ongoing for a little over a month. Pt is not/was not given any antibiotics for treatment of potential infections. Discomfort seems to be intermittent but seems to be agitated with exercise. Is there a possibility of bladder stone being present despite nothing showing up in the UA? Or could this potentially be a gym related strain?

with ?Varicocel left,which was triggered mostly from the Recent Gym related trauma.
