Question: While sitting on chair within 10 minutes burning sensation in anus, while standing and moving no problem, also while sitting it feels that I need to go for passing urine, in last two hours had to go three times for urine passing,
Need immediate help as in office it creates a embarrassing situation as well as health is suffering, please advise,

Could be due to Acute Fissure In Anus .

Hello
Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have severe burning pain in anus in sittting position andassociated with urge to pass urine .

This could be most likely to be due to Acute Fissure in Anus .

Since the nerve supply to sphincter urethra and Anal sphincter is same whenever there is acute fissure in anus one gets urge to pass urine due to what is called as referred pain .

However his can be confirmed only on examination by a qualified general Surgeon

In the mean while you can apply local anesthetic jelly Xylocaine Jelly This will help to relieve pain .

Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.
