Brief Answer:
Anxiety/ stress could be the cause.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Prakash HM and I will be answering your query.

Based on your query, my opinion is as follows:

1. Need to look at esophageal causes or cardiac causes before thinking of psychological causes like anxiety. As there is no difficulty in breathing or fever, other causes of lung or muscle (no pain or twitching) can be ruled out.
2. If it is present for a long time, possibly not cardiac cause. As you have not mentioned the duration, if its a short period, do get an ECG done.
3. Correlation with blood pressure, could be only secondary to anxiety. Anxiety can cause pressure symptoms and also constipation or diarrhea (GIT disturbances). Anti-anxiety medications like beta blockers could be helpful.
4. Additionally for troubles with stools, take probiotics and soluble fiber diet from fruits and vegetables. Also take plenty of water and maintain adequate hydration.

Hope it helps.
