Brief Answer: Possibily loaded colon Detailed Answer: Hi Welcome to Healthcare-Magic Greetings of the day Its likely that you are having loaded colon, that is the reason you are having the discomfort. I would suggest you Dulcolax (Bisacodyl ) Rectal suppository which will cause evacuation of stools. Also the following factors predispose to such issues 1. Previous Spinal cord injury causing bowel and bladder involvement 2. Decreased intake of water 3. Low fiber diet I will also suggest you the following which will help you in long run 1. Water intake of 3 liter per day 2. High fiber diet In case you need any further assistance , will be glad to assist you. Take Care Best Regards Dr T Shobha Deepak MBBS,MD
