What Causes Pressure Sensation In Mid Left Back While Sitting?

Question: What could cause a pressure sensation in my mid left back that occurs mostly when I'm sitting, never when I'm standing and almost never when I'm sitting down. Urination is normal, no blood in urine either and just had an abdominal ultrasound 2 months ago. Normal stool and no fever or nausea it's been present for roughly 2-3 weeks . The sensation feels like my left side is " bigger" than my right side it is most noticible when I am in my car seat, but can feel it in other padded chairs as well. My greatest concern is a kidney mass of some sort
It doesn't bother me when laying down

Brief Answer:
Could me a mass
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query
The history you have written down suggests that there could a mass affect. The mid left back is the region where the kidney is present. Enlarged kidneys cause dull pressure like sensation. Sometimes patients show some pressure like sensation changes when they breathe in and breathe out as well.
I suggest you to get an ultrasound repeat done as soon as possible without delay
I hope I was help, if you have any further queries please get back to me
