What Causes Pressure Sensation In The Lower Abdominal Area?

I do have history of cronic gastritis and have had stomach pressure and belching with some reflux like symptoms lately but nothing like that. My skin and eyes are not yellow. Please help what this can be and if this is dangerous and what should I look out for. I did start juicing yesterday and have had some straight celery juice. Diet normal not many carbs, extra fat. Thanks

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
To recapitulate: Female/37 - strange feeling right upper abdomen since last night - waves of movement couple of times - then pressure - constant - fullness - no pain - pressure on back all along the side - dizziness on waking up - light yellow coated tongue at back - feels warmer but no fever normal stool - H?O chronic gastritis stomach pressure, belching, reflux lately - wants to know whether this is dangerous, what is it, what should be looked out for - controlled diabetes - migraine - taking Vitamin C and Q 10 ...
The most probable causes can be related to:
Gall bladder inflammation with or without stone.
Colitis although stool is normal.
Gastritis related problems as you have mentioned about this was the problem in past.
Right Kidney related problems.
You should look for the following things to get an appropriate diagnosis and get a plan for proper management:
Tests of blood: CBC, liver and kidney functions and others as needed after clinical evaluation and examination by a Doctor, preferably a General Surgeon.
Tests of urine and stool.
Ultrasound of the whole abdomen.
Trial with proper PPI like Omeprazole, antacid and Domperidone to control GERD like symptoms that you had.
Upper GI Endoscopy and further tests as may be needed.
All these things in a systematic way will get you the proper diagnosis which is very important for proper management.
I hope this answer helps you.
