Brief Answer:
Labs within normal limits. Those changes in enzymes numbers are normal.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Thank you for using this service,

I read very carefully your concern, and I understand it.
We are used with blood labs to be constant, and not change much. This doesn't happen with liver enzymes that you have done. Where there is an inflammation or a problem to the function of the liver, the enzymes will grow 50 times in values. So those small changes are normal, and you should not worry about. You should be worried if their values go 500-2000, which is the increase in case of inflammation.

Also, I read that you have done imaging labs (ultrasound and MRI), and those came normal. This should be very reassuring, because especially MRI is a very good exam that if there was something in your internal organs, would have been diagnosed my now.
So if the problem is not inside, then most probably it is on the outside.
In some people happen the nerve pinched syndrome, that causes pain, numbness and pressure after, when the nerve is released. Taking pain killers may help.

Hope this is helpful to reassure you and to clarify your concern. Let me know if you need any more clarification.

Take care,
Dr. Papaqako
