What Causes Pricking Sensation Near Anus While Walking?
Question: i have pricking sensation near my anus whenever i walk or sit.. i initially thought that i may have anal fissure.. bt i can feel some small lump just down between my anus and uterus.. can u please help me out and let me know whether i need to undergo any surgery or it can be cured by tablets??

Swelling between the anus and the uterine opening could be Lipoma or Sebaceous cyst. If sebaceous cyst gets infected. It will be painful. Both these conditions have to be treated with surgery.
If the swelling is close to the Anal opening it could be sentinel pile mass due to chronic fissure in ano.
These conditions will be confirmed by clinical examination only.
