Does not seem to be dangerous- please follow the instructions

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for asking at HCM.

If you have no pain, swelling or redness at the area than it is unlikely to be something serious.

Sometimes the dry skin might feel more sensitive and cause funny sensation. I would say make sure your skin is moisturized especially at the area that you have the pricky feeling.
Avoid perfumes or strong soaps at the area. These might make the skin at the area there more sensitive.

Have you checked your breast for lumps with a doctor last year. It is recommended to have routine breast check with a doctor every year- if you did not have one I would recommend you to have it done.

Have you had mamogrames also ? Now it is recommended to have it every 3 years till 65 years old.

So to conclude:

1. Try hydration cream locally (petrolium gel would work well)
2. Avoid perfumes or strong soaps in the area.
3. Keep cotton good fitting bra
4. if you notice any redness, skin rash locally there, swelling or lumps then you will need to see a doctor.

I hope this is helpful and answers to your questions

Kind regards
