What Causes Profuse Sweating While On Metoprolol ER, Irbesartan And Levolthyroxin?

Question: Last night I woke up and my heart was beating fast and I was sweating profusely and hot and skin itched. It lasted for about 10 mins. What caused that?
I take Levolthyroxin 125mcg (once daily in am)
Irbesartan 150 mg (once daily)
Metoprolol ER 25mg (once daily)
Eliquist 5 mg (twice daily)
