Brief Answer:
Maybe you are going into perimenopause.

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am,

Thanks for trusting hcm about your health care.
I can understand your concerns.
I have gone through your history and ultrasound report and in my opinion may be you are going into perimenopausal stage( a stage before menopause). Ultrasound scan is of little relevance to diagnose perimenopause. We need hormone profile assessment. Therefore it will be worthwhile to consult a Gynaecologist and get yourself examined and hormonal profile (LH, fsh, estrogen level)done to rule out the cause.

Hope it is useful, feel free to ask more questions.
Please revert back to us with your hormonal test results.
Hope to hear from you soon.
Good luck.
Regards
