Brief Answer:
Dont worry.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I read your query and I understand your concerns.

Following is my reply:

1) First get a transvaginal ultrasound scan to check endometrial thickness and if it is hypertrophied.

2) In my patients if bleeding does not subside, I prescribe tranexamic acid tablets for my patients who bleed like this that too first time. You can wait for another 2 days and if bleeding continues, get the above medicine prescribed by your doctor which should reduce your bleeding.

3) There is unlikely to be any major problem or reason to worry.

Let me know if you have any more questions.

Regards,
Dr. Soumya
