What Causes Prominent Veins And Swelling On Penis?

Question: Hello,

I have what looks like 2 prominent veins and what seems to be some sort of swelling of something on the right (3rd picture) on my penis. There is slight pain as well that come and goes (not a lot though). I'm not sure what caused this as I haven't done anything out of the ordinary lately. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks for the query.
I have read your query and seen the photographs thoroughly.
Very frankly speaking I don't find any anomaly in this.
Prominent veins are common on penis.
Everything appears to be normal and all right.
In case you are still not satisfied and have some doubts,it would be better to meet a urologist in person for the close visual inspection and examination.
