Brief Answer:
You should go ahead with a second opinion

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

Anxiety could be related to symptoms that an individual feels, but are either not there in reality or symptoms that do not add up to any particular condition.

Your symptoms are also quite vague, and need to be confirmed first. Let us look into each one of them for your satisfaction:
-Prominent veins: Can be due to an individuals skin type, weather conditions, blood coagulation profile or various conditions. Your doctor needs to rule out all possible conditions that can cause this, and if he/she does that, then you need not worry about these
-Rapid pulse: This again depends on the physical activity, body type, cardiac profile and various other conditions. An ambulatory device to monitor your 24-hour pulse and blood pressure would greatly help in ruling out any possible abnormalities or diagnosing them. You can request your doctor for the same
-Burning in feet and hands: This could also be completely psychological, but can also be related to various conditions like burning feet syndrome. Request for evaluation of blood sugar levels, renal health, vascular health, vitamin levels, complete blood count, etc.
-The water blisters could be due to your activity or due to contact with various chemicals and is not exactly an indicative symptom

I would advise you to go for a second opinion with all the suggestions provided earlier. Also, it would be wise not to mention your previous consultation to the new doctor.

I hope you find my response helpful and informative. Please feel free to keep in touch and write to me for any further clarifications, I would be more than happy to help you. Do not worry ma'am, if there is in fact any condition left undiagnosed, we will find it and give you the treatment you deserve.

Best wishes and good luck
