Question: hi i feel like a thick line protruding on the edges of my left areola and there are like pebbles on it and hurts when i press it. I checked it again this morning the color is like a vein (green). What is that? i am scared with bc

My Opinion-on What is that thick protruding line on edges of left areola?-
Based on facts submitted,You seem to be having engorged sub-areolar Vein.
Pain is mostly from sub-areolar breast tissue of premenstrual periods.
Its seems your menstrual period is nearing and hence this protruding engorged vein is tender from hormonal breast changes in premenstrual phase.
Pre-menstrual Venous Congestion is the cause of these protruding vein on edges of the left areola.
In the absence of any specific query data,this seems to be a Normal breast of premenstrual phase with engorged sub-areolar veins and there is nothing to be scared from the pain and pebbles feel which hurts on pressing.The pebbles feel is from lactiferous sinuses and ducts in the sub-areolar region of left breast.
Other causes of thick protruding green veins- could be from-Varicose Veins in sub-areolar venous plexus,which occur in few cases like you.It could be due to fibro-adenosis with engorged sub-areolar veins, or could be from developing hidden Fibroadenoma,with engorged sub-areolar veins in left breast.

My Opinion-on What is that thick protruding line on edges of left areola?-
Based on facts submitted,You seem to be having engorged sub-areolar Vein.

i have a protruding vein on my forehead too and it hurts when i press it hard. My period is finished last week. I don't even know when it has been there, my areola looks normal too it's not swollen. But i keep inspecting and pressing it and make it hurts and a little bit swollen on the vein. it will be gone? sometimes disappear but still there when i feel it.

This physical over-handling is the cause of hurting protruding veins in left sub-areola.
The physical handling, makes veins to go in Veno-Constriction and make it more prominent and protruded.
So avoid repeated pressing the left areola.
If temporal / or forehead veins are accompanied and are painful, You need to consult Vascular Surgeon and investigate it.
Do' Suggested-

In the given scenario and on review of your earlier complaint with the last updated complaint of weak left arm with protruding left subareolar breast veins,your case needs to be investigated from a different angle,for which I would need more information as follows-
Since when these complaint of left subareolar protruding/ prominent vein is there?
Does protruding left subareolar Vein occurred later than the left arm Weakness,felt by you?
Any ligthtening pain in left arm sometimes,with burning /numbness and muscular weakness more frequently?
Give Me exact time-wise progression of left arm weakness leading ? later on to left subareolar protruding vein?
Any X-ray of the left arm / shoulder or CT Study of the Chest /left Shoulder done anytime in the past?
Please give Me girth of the left arm-biceps-3 inch above elbow joint/point, with comparative girth on the right arm- biceps muscle.
