Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible. First of all, it is sad to know what you had been experiencing lately.

Based on the history you have shared, it needs to be evaluated immediately by a physician and a vascular surgeon and may need to be evaluated for any signs of blood flow abnormality. An arterial Doppler of upper limbs along with blood screens for a detailed vasculitis profile and D dimers, fibrinogen may also he needed.

Such phenomenon can occur normally in response to cold exposure or Raynauds phenomenon which can be normal variant as well may present with vasculitis. Other causes like burgeur disease should also be ruled out if any history of smoking is present.

A simple examination with pulse oxymetery may also be required to look for oxygen saturation in the blood reaching to the finger tips and oxygen content. I'm a nut shell these symptoms should not be taken lightly and urgent medical facility review should be sought.

Wishing you a speedy recovery. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards.
