Brief Answer:
its not normal

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

This protrusion of your sternum and ribs are not normal. And so is the presence of lump in that region.

But as you are not having any other symptoms, like chest pain, breathlessness, palpitations, cough, difficulty in swallowing, etc., so i am not able to identify the reason for these.

I would suggest that you get an chest xray (PA and lateral views) done, though a chest ct scan will be more specific, and show to your local physician for a complete clinical evaluation to help reach a diagnosis.

Futher management will depend upon the finding of the above.

Hope i have been helpful.
