The other possibility is that you are perceiving your heart beat from your abdominal aorta. Check the rate of this heart beat in your abdomen and see if it is similar to the rate of your pulse. If it was a baby, the rate would be very fast compared with an adult.
The movement may be the movement of your intestines, which do move around on their own.

yes it did look like a baby inside of me when they did the ultrasound

not yet until Wednesday that's when I get the results
