What Causes Pulsating Noise In The Stomach?
Question: I feel a heart beat in my stomach and its moving on its own
Brief Answer:
Information
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
It is possible, although the chances are quite low, to be pregnant even after having tubes tied. But this should show on your ultrasound.
The other possibility is that you are perceiving your heart beat from your abdominal aorta. Check the rate of this heart beat in your abdomen and see if it is similar to the rate of your pulse. If it was a baby, the rate would be very fast compared with an adult.
The movement may be the movement of your intestines, which do move around on their own.
Does this help? Please let me know if I can provide further information.

not yet until Wednesday that's when I get the results
Brief Answer:
Information
Detailed Answer:
Oh, I can see now why you are concerned.
But usually women can't feel the baby's heart beat. That's why we use a doppler to listen to it. So I am wondering if that is your abdominal aorta.
You may be able to get the results of the ultrasound before your appointment on Wednesday. You can contact the place it was done, may need to sign papers to release the information, and have an initial look at the reading by the radiologist.
