What Causes Pulsating Sensation In The Abdomen?

Question: for the past two days I've been experiencing some sort of pulsating sensation in my abdomen almost like a heartbeat in my stomach .i have never experienced this sensation before however this is concerning me because I have a history of h.pylori. I was also afraid that the pulsating sensation could indicate early pregnancy. I'm not experiencing any pain or discomfort and my bowels are fine . I can visually see my stomach beating on the outside like a beating heart . the last time I've engaged in unprotected sex was 2 days ago with my boyfriend. I just want to know would could be causing this weird movement in my stomach?

Pulsating sensation that you feel is from pulsation of big blood vessel called Abdominal Aorta .

While to diagnose if you are pregnant or not, is very very early.
You should wait until the next periods .
If they will delay than take a pregnancy test at home .
