The pulsating happened while sitting and once when bent over. I have been keeping pressure off it since and it hasn't been an issue. Sciatic pain wasn't happening during the episode and I had siactic pain in the right leg the day after. the pulsing was left butt only. No ailments heart is good, no diabetes. I am in perimenopause and have anxiety issues due to it but I am healthy otherwise.I do have high LDL cholesterol, which my doctor was concerned about and sent me to a Cardiologist. He did a stress test, plaque test, 2 week holter monitor of my heart and everything came back good. There was no plaque build up or any other issues. I thought I should add this in as well.
