Have you measured your blood pressure and heart rate? What are the values?
High blood pressure could also trigger this symptomatology.
Anyway, if these symptoms persist and you have other symptoms like shortness of breath, high or low blood pressure, dizziness, etc., I recommend going to the ER for a physical exam and some tests:
- a resting ECG
- a chest X ray study
- blood electrolytes
- complete blood count
