Brief Answer:
Can be due to muscle twitches.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The pulsing pain in the leg can be related to muscle twitches. This can happen due to muscle overuse or an electrolyte imbalance. You need to take rest and a mild pain killer. Doing a hot compress in the area will help. Do increase your intake of electrolyte rich fluids like Garotade.
In case the pain persists then do consult your physician for oral muscle relaxants prescription.
I hope this answers your query.
In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.
