Brief Answer:
Pulsatile tinnitus
Detailed Answer:
Dear Ms, I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns...
But it seems that you are experiencing pulsatile tinnitus. It is often caused by disrupted blood flow in the blood vessels of the head and neck, either increased blood flow or narrowing of the blood flow.
I would recommend that you get a CT scan or MRI on your head and neck together with a carotid artery ultrasonography to determine the exact site of the problem.
I hope I answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

This is what i gathered from researching online. I also saw where it can be a side effect of perimenopause, which i am experiencing. My most recent labs in March & April were good. Ive never had high BP or cholesterol. Is it normal to happen suddenly when you're otherwise healthy?
Brief Answer:
Hormonal shifts
Detailed Answer:
Dear Ms, yes menopausal hormonal shifts tend to have a negative effect on the blood pressure leading to its increase. also these hormonal shifts make your blood pressure more sensitive to salt in your diet , so I would recommend you follow a salt reduced diet.. I hope you find this helpful.. if you don't have any other clarifications then please close the discussion.
