Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern.

The cause for the purple coloring on the bottoms of your feet should be ascertained.

It could be a local cause like dryness, contact allergens etc.
Other causes may include inadequate circulation and platelet dysfunction
or deficiency.
Medications like aspirin and clopidogrel can also lead to such spots and discoloration.

If you were my patient I would advise an Ultrasound to look for adequate circulation to your feet and a CBC with platelets and PT/APTT, INR to rule out any bleeding disorder.

Do not pinch, pop or scratch the purple areas on your feet. Keep the area dry.I would also advise you to apply bland moisturizing cream 4 time a day on the discolored areas.

As for the Non diabetic neuropathy , you should control the reversible causes which include avoiding alcohol, correcting vitamin deficiencies if present esp B12
and monitoring for blood sugar though you mentioned that you are not diabetic.

You may upload a picture of the colored spots , to have a better look at them
Let me know what medications you are currently taking
what was your latest Fasting blood sugar
Have you had a Lipid profile done recently, if so please upload the results

Let me know if you have any query

wishing you best of health

Thanks
