What Causes Purple Discoloration At Bottom Of Penis Tip?

Question: My penis has been turning into a purple shade towards the bottom of the tip. I've gotten tested for STDs and had a doctor said I was fine. However back then my penis only stinged it wasnt until recently where I started seeing purple shades. what can this mean? it stings around different times of the day.

Thanks for query .Based on the facts and photograph hat you have posted it appears that you have inflammation of the glans penis involving frenulum.

Second possibility is Ballanitis Xerotica Obliterance (BXO) in a
early stage ..

Use topical steroidal cream for local application .It should get cured within 2=3 weeks .

I googled this and the pictures look a lot different from what I have would this cream help me? also is this contagious?
