
What Causes Purple Discoloration At Bottom Of Penis Tip?

Question: My penis has been turning into a purple shade towards the bottom of the tip. I've gotten tested for STDs and had a doctor said I was fine. However back then my penis only stinged it wasnt until recently where I started seeing purple shades. what can this mean? it stings around different times of the day.

I googled this and the pictures look a lot different from what I have would this cream help me? also is this contagious?
