What Causes Purple Sores, Itchiness And Slight Bleeding From Rectum?

Question: I think I have a hemorrhoid. I am 37, 5'10, 195. When I examine my rectum there is a purple sore that I think gets scraped when I stool. it iches, doesn't really hurt and it's a very small amount of blood when I wipe. Is this a hemoroid?

Yes haemorrhoids may look purple coloured mass and they are non painful. Cause passage of fresh blood . No pain in passing stools.
