Hi Dr. Basti,
Thanks foe responding to my question. I've attached 2 photos to this email.
I always wear a condom when having sex, but I had an incident 3 weeks ago when
the condom broke. Like I mentioned in my initial question, the spot was not there
18 hours ago. During that time I had sex with a condom twice.
Also, it is painless. I would probably not have noticed it if it had appeared on the
underside of the shaft.

Brief Answer:
due to abrasion or friction. not cancer.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for follow up query.
I have gone through 2 photos and details sent by you.
It may be due to abrasion or friction which has caused this and has lichenified.
So do not worry clean area with warm water. you can apply topical antibiotic cream like mupirocin.
See that you do not rub or cause friction for now
It is not cancer or wart or cyst.
So allay fears. it is quite normal
You can get back for any clarification
