Brief Answer:
Careful investigation is required. Please take it seriously.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone through the description and have checked the attached image. It seems that due to some reason or the other, you have had a subcutaneous bleeding. The reason needs to be identified. The reason could range from low platelet count, low liver function (liver produces coagulation factors), defect in certain clotting factors, to collagen vascular disease.

You need to be investigated properly. The first step would be to get a blood test done. You need to get these done:
* Blood counts (including platelet count)
* Coagulation profile
* Liver function test

Based on the reports, further investigations can be planned.

I would insist you to take it on a serious note and to visit a doctor so that he would be able to carefully evaluate you and correlate the factors. I would not insist on use of cortisone cream at the moment.

Regards

Thanks for replying. I tried the cortizone twice with no result. Ive had no history of easy bruising or bleeding before this and I dont remember bruising it..although thats possible as I fall a bit.

Brief Answer:
The underlying condition needs to be evaluated.

Detailed Answer:
I do not think that cortizone should help. As such, it should be back to normal in a week's time but the underlying condition should be evaluated. That is the reason I suggested the investigations as well as insisted you to visit a doctor.
