I am 26 years old and carrying my second baby
Brief Answer:
Need more information.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Thanks for trusting hcm about your health care.
Congratulations on your pregnancy!
I can understand your concerns.
If 20-25 pus cells present in urine, it is most probably due to urine infection.
But before giving my opinion I want to ask a few questions from you.
Why you had urine examination?
Are you suffering from burning and frequency of urine?
Any other associated symptoms?
Done culture and sensitivity of urine or not?
Can you please upload your urine report?
Are you having any other associated symptoms?
On any treatment or suffering from any disease?
Please revert back to me with my answers.
Hope to hear from you soon.
Good luck.
Regards

The urine examination was taken during monthly checkup, i was given phexin500 and a syrup to be drunk along with water. Is it safe to take these medicines? I am already taking akt3 (att) for past three months. Is it safe to eat antibiotics with att now, will it be safe for the baby
Brief Answer:
Yes,it is safe.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Yes, it is safe to use antibiotics along with ATT drugs.
It is not harmful to your baby( as such no drug is safe during pregnancy but treatment of UTI is important during pregnancy because urinary infection is harmful to foetus).
So continue drug along with lots of water.
Hope found useful, feel free to discuss more information.
Good luck.

I am also getting white discharge everyday, it doesnt have any foul smell. Whitish small amount is found everyday on the panties. Is it normal to have white discharge during pregnancy or is it because of UTI?
Brief Answer:
It can be normal.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
A small amount of white discharge if not having any foul smell and itching is not there can be a normal finding during pregnancy.
It can be due to UTI also.
But as it is not associated with any other symptoms and only small amount is there, no treatment is required.
Hope found useful.
Good luck.
