Brief Answer:
Generalized skin infection;culture of pus&measure blood sugar levels advise

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

1. Can you please upload a photo of the bumps in your body including those which are having a head and pus coming out to let me evaluate myself?

2. From what you are describing, it seems that you are having a generalized bacterial skin infection. If I was your caring doctor would advise to run a culture and sensitivity testing of the pus coming out from the bumps to determine the right causative agent and the right antibiotic to fight it.

3. Keep good local hygiene and applying antibiotic ointment is not enough. You need to take oral antibiotics to as you have a generalized infection. For the few days, you can take antibiotics iv.

4. Checking your blood sugar levels is also advised as sometimes, high blood sugar levels won't let skin infections get healed quickly.

Wish fast recovery!
